Tyler’s Screen Scale Series, developed in the early 1900’s, is the foundation for most of today’s industry standards. The CPA Particle Size and Shape Analyzer offers the latest technology in particle measurement to complement the traditional sieving process.
W.S. Tyler’s Architectural Mesh offers an exciting contemporary design option to the construction marketplace. Our environmentally-friendly "green” metals can be designed for building facades, wall cladding, security, solar shading, creative metallic art and many other applications. We continue to develop Industrial Screening products for challenging applications. The Haver-Tyler Ultrasonic Screening System offers an aggressive approach to separating difficult-to-screen materials. In addition, our Pre-Tension Work Station is capable of fabricating round and rectangular screens up to 72 inches in size in very fine meshes, as well as ASTM sieve for critical size applications. Roll goods and simple cutting services are also offered.
W.S. Tyler’s Engineered Products feature custom, durable metallic filtration products. Our support level includes application assistance, engineering, fabrication and field service. Porostar, our sinter bonded, multi-layered filter cloth laminate, is a cost-effective and long-life solution to many traditional filter media products. Extrusion disks for the plastic melt industry, Nutsche filter plates, vessel filter beds and aeration pads complete the product line. Prototype and short-run production filtration products are our specialty.
