Test Sieve Certifications
Accurate and repeatable test sieve analysis results are more important than ever. With the list of materials that must be tested forever growing, it is critical that your lab is furnished with equipment that can properly scrutinize your samples.
W.S. Tyler’s test sieve certification process makes this seamless, offering various certification levels that ensure your sieves meet ASTM or ISO standards.
State-of-the-art calibration is employed in-house, allowing your test sieves to be evaluated fully and in a timely manner. These evaluations will verify dimensional precision, mesh size, and pore integrity.
Certify your test sieves today so you can spend less time worrying about the efficiency of your test sieve analysis process and more time refining other areas of your lab.
Test Sieve Certification Services
Inspection-Grade Test Sieve Certification
Inspection grade test sieves are analyzed using a specialized visual system to measure a specific number of openings in each sieve after the sieve cloth is mounted to the frame. The average number is taken to validate that the sieve meets the required specification to a confidence level of 99%.
These sieves are analyzed to meet either ASTM e11 or ISO 3310 standards. Once certified, they are serialized and become traceable to an international standard.
Calibration Grade Test Sieve Certification
Calibration-grade test sieves have double the amount of openings measured after the sieve cloth is mounted onto the frame. The average number is taken; however, the increased amount of measurements increases the validation confidence level to 99.73%
These sieves are analyzed to meet either ASTM e11 or ISO 3310 standards. Once certified, they are serialized and become traceable to an international standard.
Essential Product Information For You
Your Sieves Tell A Story
Over time, you may find inconsistencies in your results. These inconsistencies can be a reflection of the state of your test sieves and indicate whether or not it is time to replace them.
Know how to approach failed certifications
It can be troublesome when your test sieves fail the certification process. But there are several things you can do to get back to yielding dependable results.
Ensuring reliability and accuracy
Accuracy is of the utmost importance in the world of particle size analysis. Fortunately, there are several standards and regulations put
