Rolls & Cut-To-Size Pieces

From bulk rolls to custom cut pieces, the capabilities of industrial wire mesh can be implemented via rolls, partial rolls, cut-to-size pieces, and strips. To accommodate the precision you expect, W.S. Tyler has developed a global production network that is supported by state-of-the-art equipment, technologies, and processes.

This has allowed us to build a library filled with thousands of wire mesh specifications, all at your disposal.

The foundation of this library? The acknowledgement that every detail matters.

And as a result, you are left with wire mesh solutions that are proven to help you achieve accurate and repeatable results.

Strips and Cut-To-Size Pieces

Stripes are available in widths customized based on your request. When an order isn’t equivalent to a standard roll, the length of the stripes can be adjusted to accommodate your needs.

Cut-To-Size pieces are made to order, also based on your particular needs. The number of sides, lengths, angles, and radii will need to be provided.

Rolls of Woven Wire Mesh

Wire mesh rolls come at a standard length of 80 or 100 feet, with standard widths of 48, 60, or 72 inches. Wire mesh rolls are also available in partial rolls with custom dimensions; however, the minimum length that can be acquired is 8 feet.

In both scenarios, the width of the roll must be greater than the nominal width.
While the length of the roll may be +/- 10% and width +/- 2%, your invoice will reflect the exact length of the roll being shipped.

Need To Know

Lead Times

Industrial woven wire mesh lead times are heavily influenced by material availability, production scheduling, and the amount of value-added services you require. Typically we can ship mesh specifications that we have in-house within two business days.

That said, if your request is not within our facility but in stock with one of our suppliers, lead times would be around one to two weeks. Specialty wire mesh requests can sometimes reach lead times of 18 months.

To best manage your lead times you can do things such as request expedited shipping or place blanket orders.
