Short for tonnage capacity, TON-CAP vibrating screens are fabricated with heavy screening loads in mind. The slotted mesh is woven using thicker wires, which ultimately protects the accuracy of the slotted openings.
During the weaving process, every other schute wire is removed. This is what allows thicker wires to be used.
This also works to drive optimal increased throughput and longer screen lifespans.
